SÄKAPHEN Re-lining of ISO Tank Containers, Road Tanker Barrels, Process Vessels, Tanks and Silos
Versatile Use of Critical Assets
Ensuring optimum economically efficient use of company assets in the chemical processing and petrochemical, it is essential to allocate certain equipment to differing service duties and conditions when required. An example being in the bulk transportation of hazardous chemicals such as the ISO Tank Container industry where flexibility of the fleet is sometimes a necessity.
Lining, re-lining and lining removal is a straight forward process when utilising SÄKAPHEN linings for ISO Tank Containers, Road Tanker Barrels, Process Vessels, Tanks and Silos.
This applies for both heat cured linings and cold cured coatings. Polymerization of the linings with SÄKAPHEN technology inside existing ISO Tank Containers or Road Tanker Barrels has no adverse effect on the existing insulation.
In the case of removing old or damaged linings, the lining can be stripped by abrasive blasting for alternative use of the equipment, this applies for both static and mobile vessels.
