SÄKAPHEN Epoxy Composite Fillers
Epoxy Composite Fillers for Surface Repair, Rebuilding and Restoration
SÄKAPHEN epoxy composite fillers are designed for the repair, rebuilding and restoration of damaged metallic and thermoset substrates. Engineered to restore lost material, rebuild worn surfaces and repair corrosion damage, pitting, cracks, voids and other surface defects, they provide a durable and cost-effective alternative to component replacement.

The range combines high mechanical strength, excellent adhesion and outstanding machinability after cure. Suitable for rebuilding shaft journals, bearing housings, pump casings, flange faces, heat exchanger components and other damaged equipment, the fillers can be subjected to machining, drilling, tapping and finishing to restore original dimensions and serviceability.
Depending on the product selected, advanced ceramic and mineral reinforcement technologies provide enhanced wear resistance, structural stability and temperature resistance. The fillers are compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other alloys and can be overcoated with a wide range of industrial coating and lining systems, including epoxy, epoxy-phenolic and baked phenolic linings.
Suitable for workshop and on-site maintenance, SÄKAPHEN epoxy composite fillers are used throughout the chemical processing, petrochemical, power generation, marine, water treatment and general industrial sectors. Typical applications include rebuilding worn components, repairing corrosion damage, restoring sealing surfaces and preparing substrates for protective coating and lining systems. They are low-solvent, containing ultra-high solid products with a volume of solid (wt.%) of 95% or more.
